Connecting your Meta Assets

Integrating Lemah with your Facebook and Instagram infrastructure is the first step toward conversational autonomy. Our engine relies on the Meta Graph API to orchestrate your messaging webhooks securely.

Step 1: Developer Authorization

Ensure your account holds Admin Permissions for the target Business Pages. You will need to grant pages_messaging and instagram_basic scopes during the handshake.

Step 2: Knowledge Lab Ingestion

Once linked, navigate to the Knowledge Lab to begin training your node. You can ingest:

• Static URLs: Crawl your documentation or product listings.
• PDF Manuals: Upload internal protocols or FAQ banks.
• Custom Snippets: Define deterministic logic for specific brand triggers.
