Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta Platform terms and global data protection regulations, Lemah provides explicit pathways for users to purge their digital footprint.
Instructional Pathway
You can request the deletion of your data associated with the Lemah application through the following methods:
Direct Dashboard Action
Log in to your Lemah dashboard, navigate to the Integration Hub or Settings panel, and disconnect your Facebook or Instagram page. This action automatically triggers a deletion of all Scoped User IDs and access tokens associated with that channel.
Official Email Request
Send an email from your registered business account to compliance@lemah.app with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Data Purge Scope
When a deletion request is processed, the following information is permanently erased from our relational databases and ephemeral caches:
- Meta Platform Access Tokens
- Scoped User IDs (PSIDs and IGSIDs)
- Past Conversation Transcripts and Metadata
- Uploaded Training Documents (PDFs/URLs)
- Representative Persona Configurations
